Ryder One is a crypto hardware wallet that eliminates seed phrases. I co-founded the company and lead product — from industrial design and firmware UX to packaging, product photography, and go-to-market.

- Product vision and positioning

Soundbrenner is a music technology company building the world's first wearable devices designed to help musicians practice and perform.
Role:

- Based in Hong Kong and traveling to Shenzhen on a weekly basis

- $1.5M pre-orders on Kickstarter
- 500k monthly active users (Soundbrenner app)
My responsibilities:
- Led the product development from the concept phase to mass production and launch
- Managed cross-functional engineering team in Hong Kong and Shenzhen (mechanical, electrical, software/firmware, industrial design)
- Owner of the company's hardware roadmap
- Primary contact with our OEMs in China to ensure deliverables are on track and all engineering requirements are met
- De-risked supply chain and inventory by developing supply redundancy and negotiating lead-times, costs and MOQs with key vendors
- Provided technical support to engineering builds (EVT, DVT and PVT)

More about me
I grew up in the French countryside, studied engineering in Paris, and spent the last 8 years working in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Singapore.
Past:
From 2016 to 2021, I led the development from concept to mass productions of consumer electronics (wearables with accessories and packagings) as the Head of Product of Soundbrenner. Joined when the company had 0 product shipped. Left after the shipment of over 250,000 devices worldwide, alongside mobile apps reaching up to 650,000 monthly active users.
In 2021, I relocated to Singapore and joined the Entrepreneur First program to start a venture in the solar industry. While it didn't succeed, I learned a lot. Soon after, joined the space company Transcelestial as their Technical Program Manager, contributing to building a laser network to deliver the future of internet distribution worldwide.
Now:
I'm delving into web3 as the CPO of Ryder. Active in the space since 2017, I’m excited about its potential and intersections with hardware.
